Immaculate Conception Church

The colonial Portuguese Baroque style Church was first built in 1541 as a small chapel atop a hill overlooking the city of Panjim and was replaced by a larger church in the 1600s. Painted in bright white to signify the Immaculate virgin, Mary, this church has an elegant decor with a colourful interior.
